Utilization of Contractors and Vendors
The Rules and Regulations of La Grande Provence are for the mutual benefit of all owners. They provide much information and set forth many instructions as to what is allowed and not allowed with respect to Unit owners.
Most, if not all of the rules also apply to the activities of personnel who may be performing various kinds of services on the premises on behalf of Owners.
It is the obligation of each Owner to make any such personnel aware of the applicable rules and regulations governing their particular activity.
Although the Rules and Regulations are not repeated in this document, they are available and should be reviewed from time to time by each Owner to insure compliance.
In addition to the existing rules referred to above, a specific list applicable to persons performing various services and certain activities is attached for use in making such persons aware of how they are to conform.
The Management Office should be advised prior to initiating contractor activity. Contractors may be required to submit proof of proper licensing, insurance, and Workers Compensation coverage.
Unit owners are responsible for their decorator, contractor, subcontractors and other service provider’s actions and in actions while in Hammock Dunes. Such service providers are on the premises at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless other affected parties for any liability or damages which might arise in connection with their activities on the premises.
