Bob Cory called the meeting to order at 1:00pm.
Barbara Cooledge, Dave Luenzmann and Dave Yoder were present representing a quorum.
The budget was covered line by line with line items and expenses explained. The new assessment amounts were pointed out on the last page. Going forward into 2015 we have the required funds to resurface the pool, update the pool rest rooms, contract for a Reserve Study and to do much needed landscape updates throughout the property. Approximately 80% of our roofs have been repaired or replaced. We have $619,000 in our reserve funds. These funds are liquid for future emergencies.
A motion was made to accept the budget as proposed. The motion was seconded and the budget passed unanimously.
Some questions were directed to the Board, such as when will the back of the property be painted. The logistics of this endeavor need to be worked out so no time frame has been set.
A few of the owners present thanked the Board for the time & consideration that they gave to the budget and overall were very pleased.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:30pm.
