BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
November 19, 2013
Bob Cory called the meeting to order at 2:00pm.
Marilyn Jones, Barbara Cooledge and Jeanne Kiley were present representing a quorum. Karen Hopkins was also present representing Preferred Management Services. There were no guests.
The October 10, 2013 Board meeting minutes & November 11, 2013 Budget Meeting Minutes were approved.
REMOVAL OF PALM TREES:
Due to several Palm Trees growing dangerously close to both Buildings and the possibility that storm issues could impact the buildings, the Board approved a motion to remove them. This will involve removing 3 mature Palm Trees on the east side of Buildings I & II as well as one dead Palm Tree on the western corner of Building I and two dead trees within the dunes area. The estimated cost of removal amounts to approximately $3,000.00.
DATE FOR LA GRANDE PROVENCE ANNUAL PARTY:
Our annual get together will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 5:30pm at the Hammock Dunes Club. It is hopeful that most, if not all, owners will be able to attend. Karen (386-446-5574) will handle all the details, so please let her know whether or not you plan to attend.
Since there wasn’t any Old/New Business to bring before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 2:30.
