Bob Cory called the meeting to order at 1:03 P.M.
Dave Luenzmann, Barbara Cooledge, Marilyn Jones and Jeanne Kiley were present representing a quorum; also present were Karen Hopkins and Lea Stokes, representing Preferred Management Services.
The Treasurers Report was distributed to all attendees. Lea Stokes gave an overview and indicated that we are in very good financial shape and, in fact, under budget for 2012.
Audit work has begun and should be completed by the accountants by the end of March. Copies will be available upon request.
A discussion took place on the status of owners who are in arrears. Lea Stokes indicated that those owners in arrears have been turned over to our attorney for resolution.
A question was raised on the rental policy. Karen indicated that, to her knowledge, there are currently three long term rentals. In addition, the rental policy was restated as being one rental per year with a minimum rental of one month.
The service elevator in Building II was mentioned as providing erratic service. Karen said that she will look into the problem.
There being no further questions, the meeting adjourned at 1:22 pm.
